Could not recommend the guys anymore than I can! To fit us in before Christmas and have work completed in just 4.5 days is a great credit to them! Quality workmanship the whole way through, Rocco, Johnny and Cam were all very respectful and cleaned up after everyday, very reasonable pricing for work and quality fixtures used, would definitely use again!

Wish I could recommend these guys more. Sam and his team did a fantastic job! We first approached Sam in about the start or middle of October and finished completely at the beginning of December. Rip out and replacement of walls, 1 ceiling, 1 new cavity door, waterproofing, fixtures, window edges, the whole lot across 2 rooms. Everything except for the shower glass- that was made to measure after tiling- took less than 2 weeks. So impressive! And everything looks amazing, very happy. Sam was very upfront and honest about details of the job right from the start and throughout. We knew what to expect, which is an immeasurable quality in a contractor. The onsite team, Roco, Johnny & Cameron were super friendly. Always said "hi good morning" and were careful, tidy, considerate & communicative in the work they performed. We had an older hot water system and last minute managed to get that replaced right after the job with no huge trouble from Roco. The quality of the job and all the fixtures, I have nothing to complain about. We mistakenly thought we had a shower glass leak, and after being called out one of the guys resiliconed just in case. For nothing extra. Price wise the cost was very competitive. Think it would be very, very difficult to find a ballpark cost even for the same job. Do yourself a favor and use these guys!

Sam is a man of his word. All members of Sam's Team were professional and polite and a pleasure to have in my home. They cleaned up after each day and I could not be happier with my new bathrooms. Upgrade Bathrooms just finished our main bathroom. Sam was so collaborative during the design process, he understood our needs and incorporated this into an effective and flexible design for my three teenage boys. Roco supervised the project assisted by John and Cameron. Roco handled some curve balls that always pop up with the total redo of our bathroom. We loved the end result and the quality of workmanship. I actually was sad to see them leave after they had finished they are all awesome men. They clean up at the end of the days work I would recommend Upgrade Bathrooms without hesitation.

We had these guys in to do a full rip out & replacement of our shared bathroom upstairs. To say we are happy with the result is an understatement. I have to admit the long list of good reviews they have made it hard to go past them when we were choosing. Sam is a very approachable bloke who is easy to communicate with. Rocky & the team also very easy to communicate with. I tip my hat to Rocky, Johnny & Cameron who performed their job with aplomb, kept our place liveable each evening with cleaning up after each day(like full on cleaning up), and were a pleasure to have in our home for the duration of the works. Sam had some good advice and I was comfortable to run with it and was pleased I did. These guys have their process down and it has worked for us. We will certainly have them back for the en-suite and maybe the laundry if they are willing.

"We paid twice as much as we budgeted for and we are so glad we did because the finished product is worth every cent. We were fooling ourselves on price and having watched the team work flat out for a week I can't begin to imagine how others would have done it for less, let alone just one or two guys. We will enjoy our bathroom for decades to come, the quality of the work and finish is first class. Sam and Rocco and his team worked like robots, flat out the whole time. They all introduced themselves, shook my hand and went to work; a nice way to begin having four strangers in your home for a week. Sam was awesome; from turning up for the initial consultation and quote (many never did), turning up on time (see previous aside) and giving us what we were promised and paid for. We used to have an ancient, grotty, very embarrassing bathroom; now we have a sleek, modern and functional unit we drag friends in off the street and make them poo! OK, I'm exaggerating but we are so glad we chose Sam. Yes, he was more than other quotes but he was the only guy who actually turned up and quoted on the spot! He also 'upsold' us to a change in layout and it was worth every cent of the few extra grand it cost... and then some. On every step they asked our preferences - right from tile orientation to the placement of accessories. They estimated 5 days, but they are done and dusted well with in 4 days!

We have a large bathroom that my elderly mother uses and they knew we couldn’t have it out of action for too long.

As promised our Reno was completed in 4 and a half days.

Thanks to the hard work of Rocky and Johnny who were onsite everyday and made the transformation happen. Young Johnny mopped his way out of our home at the end of every day and the dreaded dust was quite minimal.

Even at the end of the job Sam took the remaining tiles back to the place we purchased them and told them to refund us. His integrity and honesty is beyond belief.

Sam and his team renovated our main bathroom in 1995 so when we wanted our ensuite renovated in June we were so pleased to see that the business was still going.

Nothing has changed, still a friendly professional business. One week and they were finished. Rocko, Cameron and John were so friendly and Sam came every morning to see how the job was going.

The last photo is the renovation Sam and his team did 28 years ago. I still love it.
The tiler, Abs and his partner did a wonderful job, even though he is a sub contractor, he still has the same professional and friendly attitude.
On the first day the team introduced themselves to us and explained what they were going to do that day. Each day we were told what was happening. It was actually a pity when they were finished. I have been and will continue to recommend Upgrade Bathrooms to anyone who is thinking of renovating anything in their home.

Sam and his team are amazing. From the initial visit by Sam to our home for a quote, to meeting Sam at ATS to choose all the fixtures and tiles etc, it was a great experience all round. Sam made us feel at ease through the whole process and answered any questions I had about the renovation so that I understood everything and treats you like a member of his family. His team are very skilled, considerate and clean up after they are done like it was their own house. They told me what was happening each day the whole way through and always turned up on time.
